At GoFurly, we are dedicated to transparency, quality craftsmanship, and the well-being of your pets. Our policy complies with global consumer protection standards, including EU/UK directives and GMC requirements to ensure a fair and secure shopping experience.
1. Return Windows & Withdrawal Rights
- Statutory Right (EU, UK & Nordic): Customers in the EU, UK, Norway, and Switzerland have a 14-day statutory right to cancel and return their purchase for any reason.
- Global Standard (USA & Canada): For all other regions, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and resalable items.
- Visual Expectations: While we strive for 100% accuracy, actual colors and textures may vary slightly due to professional lighting or monitor settings. This is standard in technical gear photography and is not considered a manufacturing defect.
2. Size Exchange Policy
We want to ensure your pet has the perfect fit. We offer Free Exchanges within the applicable return window (14 or 30 days).
- How to Exchange: Contact our team with your order number and preferred size. We will provide a prepaid return label (USA, UK, EU) and ship the new size once the original item is received.
- Stock Availability: If your preferred size is out of stock, a full refund will be processed immediately.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- USA, UK, and EU: GoFurly provides 100% Free Returns via Prepaid Labels for standard items.
- Canada: All Canadian returns and exchanges are subject to a flat $5 USD shipping fee (deducted from refund).
- Pro Purchase: Returns will be charged $10 USD / $14 CAD and are not eligible for exchanges.
- Defects: We cover 100% of return costs globally for any defective items. No restocking fees applied.
Note: Returns on high-value orders over $600 USD must be initiated via manual review.
4. Product Condition & Eligibility
To ensure hygiene and safety for all pets, return eligibility is strictly enforced:
- Pristine Condition: Gear must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Items with excessive pet hair, odors, or dirt will be refused or subject to a 20-50% hygiene fee.
- Sale & Clearance Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during major clearance events (where explicitly stated) are not eligible for returns or size exchanges. This policy is only waived if the product arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit.
- Defective Sale Items: If a sale item is defective, you must provide photo evidence to support@gofurly.com within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund.
- Verification Process: For faster approval and to protect you from disputes, we require 3 clear photos of the gear before authorizing a return.
- Non-Returnable: Used stickers, hydration bladders, water bottles, and consumables with broken seals.
- Electronics: Non-returnable if showing signs of usage, unless functionally defective (1-year manufacturing warranty applies).
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Funds typically reflect in your account within 6–8 business days after the return arrives at our hub:
- Warehouse Inspection: 3 business days for final verification.
- Bank Processing: 3–5 business days for funds to reflect on your original payment method.
6. Global Operations & Compliance
- DDP Guarantee: For Canada, Norway, UK, and EU, all prices are all-inclusive. Taxes and duties are pre-paid.
- Fulfillment: All returns are processed through our Global Operations Center in Hong Kong to maintain strict quality control.
