At GoFurly, operated by HongKong NexMind Technologies Limited, we are committed to transparency, quality craftsmanship, and the well-being of your pets. Our policy complies with global consumer protection standards, including EU/UK directives and GMC requirements.
1. Return Windows & Withdrawal Rights
- Statutory Right (EU, UK & Nordic): Customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, Norway, and Switzerland have a 14-day statutory right to cancel and return their purchase for any reason.
- Global Standard (USA & Canada): For the USA and Canada, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and resalable items.
- Notification: Please contact us at support@gofurly.com to initiate your return.
2. Exchange Policy
Size Exchanges: If the size doesn't fit your pet, we offer free exchanges within the same return window (14 or 30 days depending on your region).
- How to Exchange: Contact support@gofurly.com with your order number and preferred size. We'll send a prepaid return label and ship the new size once we receive the original item.
- Eligibility: Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns (unworn, tags attached, no pet hair or odors).
- Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll process a full refund.
3. Return Shipping & Costs
- Free Returns: For customers in the USA, Canada, UK, Norway, and the EU, GoFurly provides Free Returns via prepaid labels.
- Return Method: Approved returns will receive a prepaid label or courier instructions. Do not send items to the registered address without prior authorization.
- Manufacturing Defects: GoFurly covers 100% of return costs globally for any defective or incorrectly shipped items.
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any administrative or restocking fees.
4. Product Condition & Eligibility
To ensure hygiene and safety, return eligibility is as follows:
- Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Items with excessive pet hair or odors may be refused.
- Electronics: Non-returnable if showing signs of usage (e.g., pet hair), unless functionally defective.
- Consumables: Non-returnable once the hygienic protective seal is broken.
5. Partial Refunds & Special Cases
Damaged Packaging: If the product arrives in perfect condition but the outer packaging is damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange—no partial deduction will be applied.
Partial Refund Scenarios:
- Missing Accessories: If you return a product without original accessories (e.g., charging cables, user manuals), a partial refund may be issued based on the replacement cost.
- Condition Issues: Items returned with signs of use, missing tags, or hygiene concerns may receive a partial refund (typically 20-50% deduction) or be rejected entirely.
- Late Returns: Returns received beyond the applicable window may be accepted at our discretion with a partial refund.
Note: We will always notify you before processing any partial refund and provide photographic evidence if applicable.
6. Taxes, Duties & Origin
- DDP Guarantee: For Canada, Norway, UK, and EU, all prices are all-inclusive. We ship via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
- Origin: Designed for performance and responsibly manufactured in our partner facilities in China, meeting international safety standards.
7. Refund Process & Timeline
- Inspection: Returns are inspected within 3 business days from the date our warehouse signs for receipt of your returned package.
- Issuance: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection approval.
- Warranty: Electronics include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
