Shipping & Logistics
Orders are processed and quality-checked at our Hong Kong hub within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, shipping to the U.S. takes 5–7 business days; UK, Canada, Norway, and EU delivery takes 8–12 business days.
No. We ship via Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) to the UK, EU, Norway, and Canada. All VAT, GST, and import duties are pre-paid by GoFurly. The price at checkout is the final price you pay.
You will receive a tracking link via email within 3 business days of purchase. Please note that it may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status once the package is in transit.
GoFurly takes full responsibility for your delivery. If your item arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Tracking typically updates once the package clears initial export scans. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, please contact us for an immediate investigation.
Product & Quality
Absolutely. All GoFurly gear is made from non-toxic, BPA-free, and hypoallergenic materials that meet international safety standards (CE/RoHS where applicable) to ensure pet comfort and safety.
Yes. Our grooming tools are dual-voltage (110V-240V). We automatically include the correct power adapter (US/UK/EU) based on your shipping address provided at checkout.
We stand by our quality. All technical gear (such as vacuum groomers) includes a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, managed by HongKong NexMind Technologies Limited. Contact us to initiate a claim.
Orders & Returns
Address updates or cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of order placement. Once processing begins at our fulfillment hub, we are unable to redirect or stop the shipment.
To ensure you receive your gear as quickly as possible, we occasionally ship items in multiple packages. You will receive unique tracking numbers for each shipment at no extra cost.
Email us at support@gofurly.com. We offer 30-day returns for USA/Canada and 14-day statutory returns for EU/UK/Norway. For eligible regions, we provide a prepaid return label.
Yes. We use 256-bit SSL encryption and are PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your card details; all payments are processed through secure gateways like Shopify Payments and PayPal.
All transactions are processed in USD. Your bank will handle the conversion based on their daily exchange rate if you are purchasing from outside the USA.
